Alcoholics Anonymous District 42 serves Burr Ridge, Clarendon Hills, Darien, Downers Grove, Hinsdale, Oakbrook, Westmont & Willowbrook.
Treatment Facilities Committee
The Treatment Facilities Committee coordinates District 42 activities in carrying the AA message to individuals in hospitals and other facilities through meetings, speakers, and literature distribution.
The Committee Chair educates volunteers on how AA co-operates but does not affiliate with Treatment Facilities. The TF Committee periodically evaluates the AA meetings being held in Treatment Facilities for staffing and adherence to the AA traditions.
The committee maintains a supply of pamphlets, AA-approved literature (specifically Big Books), and DuPage County Meeting Directories that can be used by volunteers visiting the Treatment Facilities.
